Refund Policy
This Refund Policy outlines all rules regarding payments, non-refundable services, booking fees, chargebacks, and financial responsibilities for Ontaris clients. All refund requests are governed by the Master Policy and applicable service-specific terms.

1. General Refund Rules (Applicable to All Services)

1.1 All payments, deposits, retainers, booking fees, and government fees are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.

1.2 A refund is not available once any portion of the service has begun, including document review, communication, consultation, drafting, verification, scheduling, or administrative processing.

1.3 Government fees, third-party fees, NUANS fees, CRA filings, and licensing fees are never refundable, regardless of outcome.

1.4 Chargebacks or payment disputes constitute breach of contract and will result in:

-Immediate termination of services
-Legal and administrative fees
-Reporting to payment processors

1.5 “Change of mind,” delays caused by the Client, or unmet personal expectations do not qualify for refunds.


2. Service-Specific Refund Policies

(Each section below is fully aligned with the Master Policy.)


2.1 Marriage & Wedding Services

Refunds are not available for:

-Officiant booking fees
-Travel or mileage fees
-Date and time reservations
-Ceremony preparation
-Marriage documentation review
-Signing or registration of the marriage licence

No refunds if:

-The Client provides incorrect documents
-The Client cancels or reschedules
-Witnesses are unprepared
-The Client arrives late
-The officiant has already begun preparation

Deposit & Payment Options

A $250 deposit is required to secure your ceremony date. This deposit is non-refundable after 10 days from the booking date. If the cancellation is made within 10 days of the booking date, the deposit will be refunded minus a $100 administration fee. No deposit refunds will be issued after these 10 days.

The remaining balance is due two (2) weeks prior to the wedding date. Balance payments are refundable only if the cancellation is made within 10 days of the booking date. Any balance paid after the first 10 days from the booking date is non-refundable.

A wedding may be cancelled at any time. In the event of cancellation, written notice must be provided by the bride and/or groom confirming the cancellation. Notices from any other individual, including family members or friends, will not be accepted.


2.2 Business Registration & Corporate Services

No refunds for:

-NUANS reports
-Ontario or Federal incorporation
-Business name registration or renewal
-CRA account setup (BN, HST, Payroll, Import/Export)
-Minute Book creation
-Corporate resolutions and share certificates

Refunds are not available if:

-A name is rejected
-Government processing is delayed
-The Client provides inaccurate or incomplete information
-Filings have already been submitted


2.3 Legal / Commissioner of Oaths Services

No refunds for:

-Appointment booking
-Document witnessing
-Identity verification
-Oath administration

No refunds if:

-The Client brings incorrect or incomplete forms
-The Client misses the appointment
-The Client requests prohibited or illegal modifications


2.4 Immigration Forms Assistance (Administrative Only)

No refunds once:

-Any IRCC document review begins
-Forms are drafted or organized
-A file, profile, or application has started

Refunds are not available for:

-IRCC processing delays
-IRCC rejections
-Eligibility issues
-Inaccurate information provided by the Client


2.5 Education & OSAP Advisory

No refunds for:

-OSAP guidance
-Document review
-School or program application preparation

Refunds are not available if:

-OSAP is denied
-School admission is denied
-Deadlines are missed by the Client


2.6 Branding, Website, Design & Media Services

No refunds for:

-Logo drafts
-Website setup or development
-Hosting, domain, or subscription costs
-Photography or videography bookings
-Social media content
-Revisions or edits have already started

Refunds are not available if:

-The Client changes their mind
-The Client causes delays
-Low-quality content is provided by the Client


2.7 Matchmaking & Relationship Services

No refunds for:

-Profile creation
-Screening
-Introductions
-Events or meetups

Refunds are not available for:

-Compatibility issues
-Behaviour of matched individuals
-Personal, emotional, or social outcomes


3. No Refund for Client-Caused Issues

Refunds are never provided if the Client:

-Provides inaccurate, false, or incomplete information
-Becomes unresponsive
-Misses required steps or deadlines
-Fails to provide ID or verification documents
-Requests last-minute changes
-Violates any part of the Master Policy


4. Refund Exceptions

Refund exceptions are only allowed when:

-Approved in writing,
-Signed exclusively by the Company Director.

Verbal assurances, text messages, or informal agreements do not apply.


5. Acceptance of This Policy

By booking a service, making a payment, communicating with the Company, submitting documents, or using the website, the Client confirms acceptance of this Refund Policy in full.
