5. Payments & Refunds

5.1 All payments made to Ontaris are subject to a strict no-refund policy, as detailed in the Master Policy.

5.2 Government fees, third-party fees, transaction fees, and administrative charges are always non-refundable.

5.3 Submitting payment constitutes automatic acceptance of all financial policies, including:

·       No refund after any work starts

·       No refund after 24 hours

·       No refund for delays caused by the Client

·       No refund for government rejection

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of the Province of Ontario and applicable federal laws of Canada.


11. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

All disputes must be resolved through:

·       Private binding arbitration in Ontario

·       Individual (non-class) arbitration

·       No court proceedings

·       No Small Claims Court

·       No class actions or public complaints
